2. What data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form (full name, email address, and the content of your message). We also automatically collect non-identifying technical information, such as device type, browser used, and pages visited, when you accept the corresponding analytics cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to respond to your questions about investment opportunities, contact you through the channel you indicated, improve site performance, and, if you gave your consent, measure the performance of our advertising campaigns through Google Ads. 4. Legal basis for processing

9. Minors
Our services are aimed at people over 18 years of age with the legal capacity to invest. We do not intentionally collect data from minors.
