Cookie Policy
Last updated: January 5, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones coralynt.com uses, and how we manage your consent through Google Consent Mode v2, a Google standard that adjusts the behavior of measurement and advertising tags based on your preferences.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They help remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and, in some cases, show more relevant advertising.
2. Categories of cookies we use
We use four categories: (a) Necessary, essential for the site to function and always active; (b) Analytics, which let us measure traffic through Google Analytics 4; (c) Advertising, linked to Google Ads for measuring and optimizing campaigns; and (d) Personalization, which tailor content based on your browsing. The last three categories are only activated if you give explicit consent.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 across the entire site. By default, before any interaction, the consent signals 'ad_storage', 'ad_user_data', 'ad_personalization' and 'analytics_storage' are set to 'denied'. They are only switched to 'granted' if you explicitly accept the corresponding categories from our cookie banner. We also apply 'ads_data_redaction' and 'url_passthrough' to limit data sent to Google while no consent has been given.
4. How we manage your consent
When you first visit the site, we show a banner with the options 'Accept all', 'Reject all', and 'Manage preferences'. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and automatically reapplied on future visits. Every time you update your preferences, a 'gtag consent update' signal and a 'cookie_consent_update' event are pushed to our dataLayer, which adjusts the behavior of Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 in real time.
5. How to change your preferences
You can change your choice at any time by clicking 'Manage preferences' from the cookie banner, available while browsing the site. If you clear your browser's cookies or local storage, the banner will reappear and default values (denied) will be restored until you choose again.
6. Third-party cookies
We use Google Ads tags (ID AW-18064110603) and Google Analytics 4 exclusively when you give your consent for the advertising and analytics categories. These tools may set their own cookies in accordance with Google's privacy policies.
7. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect technical or regulatory changes. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
